Independent Delivery Contractor
Job Title: Delivery Driver
RCNL, LLC, a veteran-owned logistics company, is seeking reliable independent contractors to deliver retail packages using their own vehicles in Houston, Cypress, Katy, and surrounding areas.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation
• $1.50 per completed stop.
• $5 bonus for each full set of 50 completed stops on a route.
• Weekly pay.
Example Route Earnings - Including Bonuses
• 50 completed stops: $80.
• 75 completed stops: $117.50.
• 100 completed stops: $160.
• 150 completed stops: $240.
Actual earnings vary based on routes available and stops completed. Amounts shown are gross earnings before expenses and taxes.
Delivery Details
• Deliver Walmart and Sam’s Club packages to customers.
• Most packages weigh under 50 pounds.
• Primary Walmart pickup location: 5405 S. Rice Ave, Houston, TX.
• Route availability and pickup times vary.
Responsibilities
• Safely pick up, transport, and deliver packages.
• Follow customer instructions and delivery procedures.
• Accurately record delivery statuses.
• Communicate delivery issues promptly.
• Provide dependable, professional customer service.
Requirements
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current registration.
• Auto insurance that covers delivery use.
• Ability to pass a background check and driving record check.
• Smartphone with GPS.
• Ability to safely handle the packages assigned to the route.
